New year, new you, ammaright?!? Start the year off with a bang by getting a dialed in system in place to eat nourishing prepared meals throughout the week, made by YOU! In this weekend long boot camp, you’ll learn the most time efficient and cost-effective ways to shop for ingredients and cook flavorful meals you’ll actually look forward to eating.
Students will work in pairs, building basic skills, and adding to their competencies over the course of one weekend together. It’s time to stop ordering takeout and remove those meal delivery apps from your phone once in for all. In 2019, let’s get some yummy wholesome food readily available in your fridge.
